Heh. blogging again. owell. this is a really OUTDATED post. :s like. i think supposedly2 weeks ago? :x was really just to lazy to blog la. :s
Anyways. went to Hog's Breath at CHIJMES. First time there... well. ambience wise, okok but the live band was rather annoying though.. :s Think we over-ordered coz we cant finish the food at all! wat a waste! :( Took some pictures as follows...

Our appetiser, baked potato skin.. super NICE!!! :D but it's quite filling as an appetiser..
That's mine, Tex-Mex combo. it's really alot lo, still got rice hidden below somemore. :/ Beef was actually rather disappointing.. requested for medium rare, came medium. :( perhaps my expectations were too high as i heard from frens that the beef was good. :( anyways, couln't finish.
That's some mango-sauce salmon. not bad... but the fish could be better.. though it was a little too over-cooked. :/

We has a mud-cake for dessert. NICE! but sinful. :o ok.. so that's abt it.. total bill came up to 97dollar. omg. damn broke already. :(

whee~ went many places during the weekend. was very happy! :D
first went to watch Underworld. Hmm. not bad la.. though the female lead not as chio as previous Kate Beckingsale. :o
Heh. after movie went up Mt Faber. Think i nearly died climbing up the stairs at 1 shot. ;s Initially was suppose to go see sunset. but it happened that it was rather cloudy that day. so cant get to see the sunset. :( owells. anyways. after the sun supposedly set, walked to The Jewel Box, whereby they have 5 restaurants there, western and chinese.. we settled for Jade Empress restaurant, the chinese one . :o

Our first dish, Paper wrap chicken. Doesn't look very appealing from the picture, but it's seriously not bad. Don't have the very oily feeling after eating. :s
Veggie with 3 eggs (Century egg+salted egg+chicken egg) :s not bad also. :D
The sweet & sour pork. is super nice!! i think it's one of the best i've tasted!! It's really crispy on the outside, and soft inside. LOVE IT!!
Lastly we also ordered the E-Mian. Looks ordinary but it's really nice. The noodle is very QQ one even though we left it soaked in the sauce awhile. ;s NICE! :D

Here's how the outside of the restaurant looks like. :)Overall. i'm very satisfied with the place. With good service and good food. :D but it's rather pricey though. 100 bucks for all those food, probably due to the surcharge of CNY as well.. :/ But owells, once in a while indulgence should be ok i guess. :o
